I stopped there coming and going on a trip West. If I ever venture anywhere near Kansas City I'll make it a point to stay at Harrah's, whether I'm gambling or not. If anyone near u flushes toilet the noise makes u feel like you are in the bathroom with them. The walls are paper thin and the old pipes make constant noise. Even a battery on the floor at the foot of the bed, proving that it hadn’t even been looked under and no vacuum was used. There were specks of whatever all over the carpet. WHAT IS A RESERVATION GOOD FOR THEN! We go up to our room and it was obvious that the ONLY thing done in the room was the bed being made up. Once at counter I was told “the Vegas tower is all sold out”. When i made my reservation the previous week by phone I requested the Vegas tower and was guaranteed by person i spoke with that it was available for me and reserved. I’m fine with jokes and what not but these 2 didn’t ever show ONE OUNCE of professionalism. The woman at the check in counter were extremely unprofessional. It’s just not a good place to visit anymore and hasn’t been for awhile probably.
